Don Petricic, CFP®, serves as Managing Partner and is co-founder of The Petricic & Phillips Financial Group. Don works with families, individuals, and business owners, helping guide them through important life and financial decisions. By embracing a model of integrated wealth management, he addresses all of the relevant areas of personal finance including investment management, taxes, wealth accumulation, cash flow generation, insurance, and estate planning to generate comprehensive financial plans for his clients.
Don is a graduate of Washington State University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. In 2001, he began his career as a financial advisor and went on to start The Petricic & Phillips Financial Group in 2012. Don holds several securities registrations (Series 7,24,63,65), as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. Additionally, Don has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is proudly a CFP® professional.
In his free time, Don enjoys watching his sons play sports, cooking, and spending quality time with family & friends. Don is a lifelong native of Western Washington, and he now resides in Renton with his wife, Megan, two sons, Alec & Ethan, and dog, Vince.

Tom Phillips, CFP®

In his free time, Tom enjoys snowboarding, BBQ, spending time outdoors, and is an avid Seahawks fan. Tom is originally from Wenatchee, and he now resides in Newcastle with his wife, Molly, and two sons, Henry & Miles.

Cassie Reyes
Operations Manager
Cassie Reyes is the Operations Manager at The Petricic & Phillips Financial Group and has been with the firm since 2017. Cassie works with the financial planning team to oversee the client onboarding process, coordinates client events the firm hosts, and ensures clients are receiving a top-notch experience.
Cassie is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In March of 2021, she was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal in their "People on the Move" section. Cassie is a life-long native of Western Washington. In her free time, Cassie enjoys scenic hikes, spending time with family & friends, travel, and is an avid reader.
